Direct Energie is one of the main Utilities providers in France.

They chose Dial Once to implement digitization in a specific perimeter. The purpose is to re-direct inbound calls to a dedicated visual interface which contains all the selfcare content for callers. The solution answers several issues for Direct Energie as improving customer experience and reducing customer care costs.
