Sofinco rewards Dial Once and implements a Visual-IVR for customer care

Sofinco is the entity specialized in Consumer Finance among the French banking group Crédit Agricole.

They organized in 2016 the first edition of the Startup Innovation contest. Dial Once is proud to be the winner of this contest and to have launched this digitization project with Sofinco’s teams.
