Credit Agricole is a French network of regional banks.

The Credit Agricole regional bank in Normandy needed to reach its customers on smartphones so as to introduce and promote new banking services.  Finding it difficult to contact their customers by calling, the bank chose Dial-Once’s platform for their SMS campaign because it met all their requirements.

In addition to the SMS delivery System, as part of its requirements, Credit Agricole wanted to know more about what users do after they receive an SMS, and the Dial-Once Analytics dashboard provides valuable insights on what its users do post-SMS.
