Following its EcoVadis evaluation in July 2025, DialOnce is proud to announce the renewal of its prestigious Platinum medal.
This recognition places our company among the top 5% of small enterprises rated highest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
It reflects our ongoing commitment to integrating ethical, sustainable, and environmentally friendly practices into all our activities. At DialOnce, we firmly believe that every action counts in building a more responsible future.

At DialOnce, we act daily to reduce our environmental impact.

  • Since 2022, we have reduced our carbon footprint by 14% through product lifecycle management and maintenance, and we have maintained this level despite a +20% growth in digital activity.
  • Our infrastructures, hosted on Google Cloud Platform, are monitored in real time to optimize energy consumption.
  • Since 2022, we have moved into larger, better-insulated offices, equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system, presence detectors, and lighting timers. As a result, despite a growing workforce, our electricity consumption has dropped by -38% between 2020 and 2025, and remains under control thanks to continuous employee awareness.

As a tech company, we are committed to giving more space to women and striving for equality.

  • In 2025, over 30% of employees are women (vs. 18% average in the French tech sector).
  • Nearly half of the workforce is either under 25 or over 50, ensuring strong generational balance.
  • We also train young apprentices, who now represent one quarter of our staff.

Challenge "Move Once Twice Thrice"

At DialOnce, we firmly believe in the power of physical activity to do good around us.
In this spirit, we launched the challenge “Move Once Twice Thrice” in partnership with the STRAVA app.
Our employees took on the challenge by completing over 2,000 activities, covering the equivalent of 8,000 km, converting calories burned into kilometers.

By the end of July, members of our team also visited one of the ASLIVE camps for a day of volunteering, supporting activities for people with disabilities.
