Digitalization of User Relations:
The DGFIP Adopts DialOnce's Visual IVR and Improves Its Accessibility

Updated on 08/09/2023
DGFIP strengthens its user relations with DialOnce's visual IVR

Contexte

4 years ago, in the context of the "prélèvement à la source" (withholding tax), and in order to absorb a sharp increase in calls, the DGFIP wanted to offer its users new services to encourage the use of digital technology.

The stated aim was to :

  • Provide a response to every user
  • Promote the use of digital technology
  • Reduce the volume of incoming calls

Objective: promote the use of digital technology

Since then, its use has continued to support users through all the tax reforms that have occurred, such as the abolition of the primary residence tax, the end of the contribution to public broadcasting, or the implementation of the new obligation for property owners to declare the occupancy of their residential premises.

In a workshop scheduled for Thursday, September 28th, in the heart of Paris, Emmanuel Cardot from the DGFIP will share his experience, accompanied by Adrien Lesage, Sales Director at DialOnce, and Julien Bastide, Opportunity Manager at Orange Business.
