DialOnce and Axialys collaborate for a seamless customer experience and journey

June 16, 2022 : a sweltering day across France but a festive one at our DialOnce premises! Alongside the VoIP telephony expert Axialys, we welcomed our respective partners, Keyrus and Zendesk, as well as our mutual clients. It was a delicious moment to think and exchange ideas about the challenge of "How to create a seamless customer journey?"

Our guests, true Customer Relationship experts, participated in 3 workshops. Each partner presented its solution and the resulting benefits:

  • The "Complaint Handling" by Zendesk
